My Mom (Luann Leon), and my Dad (James Uphold Jr. a.k.a Butch) meet at Tub Run Campground the summer of 1974. They got married Febuary 22, 1975 at the Grace United Methodist Church in Confluence, Pa. They were very much in love through my entire childhood, and teen years.
They are divorced now, but are really good friends. They are actually very close and have alot of love for one another. They would have been married for 35 years today.

OMG Echo...this brought back sooooo many memories for me! It was great. I haven't seen them in awhile and miss them. Seen your Dad at the grocery store not to long ago but this is the Butch and Lu that I know. Oh, the stories that I could tell, and some I will NEVER tell. LOL

this is beautiful!! i remember them so well as a couple. i spent my last summer in Pennsylvania in the mountains with yall before we moved to North Carolina. I even seen me, Lisa and Dean in the picture of them coming out of the church, lol.
