Harajuku Lovers

Right before the Christmas of 2008 I was introduced to this cute little girls. I was at Belks. I fell in love, and so did Bethany. Please go back and read about it. I love that post.

Anyway. Bethany had a Harajuku birthday party in August. Yes I know there really isn't any stuff for that kind of party, but Mommy made it happen. The party was great. Bethany couldn't have been happier. However, she did tell me that this year for her Birthday she wants to do the Harajuku theme again....Oh Gwen why do you do this to me....I am talking about Gwen Stefani. She did create it and it is wonderful, but and I mean BUT, it's not really marketed for little girls...So I do what I can...I would like to say I would buy this stuff if I could...if it was there. but it's not.

Then for Halloween 2009 she dressed up as a Harajuku....she called herself Harajuku Bethany...

I'm sure you've already guessed that Bethany has decided that she would like to have Harajuku Valentines. Now let me just say she didn't pout and say I want Harajuku valentines....no what she said when she saw the little girls dressed up like cupid was 'Oh I wish they made valentines. I could pass them out to all my friends....blah blah blah' Sorry I zoned out after that thinking about how could I create Harajuku valentines....what is wrong with you Gwen...They would be adorable....

So, I created my own valentines for Bethany...They are really really cute. I used these images. There is Music, and Lil' Angel....(Lil' Angel is Bethany's favorite)

So I got the images from these T-shirts and I put them all across the top with their names under them. Then I wrote 'Harajuku lovers will give you a fatal attraction to cuteness!' Then under that I put some of the lyrics from the Harajuku song like: (there are 5 different cards)

I just love it. I love that 'you're the best mom in the whole wide world' feelin' I get when my over dramatic daughter squeals with delight....

Michael Buble....I'm so torn

Well you know I saw Michael Buble at the beginning of 2008. I have missed him so bad since then. I thought we were on the same page. I was so excited about his new CD 'Crazy Love'. I love the CD. I over looked that I didn't fall head over feet for every song, but there are a couple on there that are my new favorite list. Which goes to show that yet again he gets me.

If you haven't heard it run, don't walk, run out and get it.

Just let me set the record straight the first released song was totally about me (Haven't Met You Yet) LOL

Then Michael put out his tour dates. Boo Hoo! He wasn't going to even come close to me. Whatever! Has I was trying to forgive him, I open up the Daily Buble to this...

Michael is engaged to Luisana Lopilato. The engagement has been confirmed by his publicist Liz Rosenberg who stated "Michael proposed to his girlfriend, Luisana, in November, in front of her family in Argentina." "They're ecstatic. They're adorable, in love and laugh all day long."

Yeah well keep laughing all day long...whatever!!

Seriously.....I'm very happy for them. I mean I'm married to the King. What more could a girl ask for.

So just as I forgave Michael I get an email from him...Okay it wasn't really from HIM. It was from the fan site...

He has released some new tour dates...He's coming here...can you believe it. I knew he loved me. He's coming on July 11th. I mean I'm sure it was as close to my birthday has he can arrange. I mean he is busy with his new album, touring, being engaged, BUT I'm sure I'm right at the top of his list.

So I must must must see him. I must get the best tickets possible.

I'm so sorry Michael for having second guessed our love.....

Maybe I'm not so torn after all....

If you are wondering?

Well there is alot going on right now, and alot has went on since the last time I blogged. Maybe I'll do some memory posts or something. For right now I'm just going to blog about the here and now.

My mind is so filled with alot of crap. Let's see how many I can name...
1.)Well dance competition is coming up. How exciting. The girls go to Showstoppers next weekend. We have been working very hard to prepare. Well I haven't actually done any physical work to prepare, but I'm already mentally exhausted. Bethany has her big musical theater solo called 'My New Philosophy'. I can't wait. Then Bethany and Lynsey have there jazz duet 'Let's Dance'. Then had the whole thing revamped for this year. Last but not least Lynsey and Erica have a big musical theater duet called 'Roomies' (what is this feeling). I will post the songs another day.
2.)We let Lynsey enter the BHS pageant. It's a pain in the rump. But I know she will be beautiful up on that stage. We got the dress, and shoes...But we still have hair, make-up, and nails...
3.) Chris had hernia surgery, and ankle surgery this month...yuck! He tries to be helpful but right now he just isn't...
4.) My Mom comes is 1 month. She is coming to stay with us for 1 month. There is so much to get done. I don't know where to even start.
5.)I know there is more I just can't think of anything....

What have you missed since I was gone?
Harmony and her family left. ( it was a great visit)

Grandma Leon got really sick, and passed away the week before Christmas.

We all traveled to P.A. for the funeral (It was a nice funeral, and I got to spend alot of time with Aunt Toni)

I missed alot of stuff this Christmas...no Sarris Candy order, no baking, no real cooking, no extras of any kind. with that said Christmas was pretty good. I'm very blessed.

My Dad has been sick. If you get the chance you should go and see him. No really you should.
My Mom has been staying with my Dad off and on. I know it's weird. They were married for 25 years and have been apart for 10 years. but Dad hasn't been well and Mom keeps him company, and takes care of him. You may be thinking 'will they get back together?' the answer is NO. They do still have alot of love for one another, but I think they like it the way it is.
